The portal is user-friendly and designed to ensure that each complaint reaches the relevant authorities, promoting timely resolutions.

Launching this portal “Ikhteyar Awam ka” is part of the provincial government’s commitment to transparency and accountability. By enabling citizens to raise their concerns directly, the government aims to build stronger trust between officials and the public while improving service delivery in various sectors.
