The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has launched the “Ehsaas Apna Ghar” scheme to help low-income families with housing challenges.

The “Ehsaas Apna Ghar” scheme officially started after an agreement was signed between the KP Housing Department and the Bank of Khyber.
The signing ceremony took place at the Chief Minister’s House, with Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur as the main guest.

- Loan Repayment Plan:

- Monthly installments will not exceed 18,000 PKR, ensuring affordability.

- Applicants must own land to qualify for the loan.
