- Download the App: Go to the Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS) Download and install it on your phone.
- Sign Up/Log In: Open the app and create a new account if you’re a first-time user. If you already have an account, simply log in with your credentials. To create an account you must have CNIC, a mobile number registered on your CNIC, and an email address.
- Explore Services: Once logged in, you will see various government services, including arms license verification, domicile, divorce certificate, birth certificate, and more. Navigate through the menu to find the service you need.
