Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur introduced this user-friendly Launch of E-Fines portal to make it easier to issue and pay fines completely online. Starting first in Peshawar, the program will soon expand to all districts across the region.

Under the banner of “Power to the People,” this initiative allows residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and overseas Pakistanis to register complaints on key matters like healthcare, education, law and order, land revenue, corruption, and development projects. The portal is user-friendly and designed to ensure that each complaint reaches the relevant authorities, promoting timely resolutions.

Launching this portal “Ikhteyar Awam ka” is part of the provincial government’s commitment to transparency and accountability.
